Terms governing use of the public INKSAVVY website and account portal.

Website and portal use
You may use this website to learn about INKSAVVY, submit enquiries and access authorised organisation workspaces. You must not attempt to access data, accounts or systems for which you have not been granted permission.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Staff accounts are invitation-only. Client organisation owners are responsible for requesting appropriate access for organisation members.
Project enquiries
Submitting a project brief or completing account onboarding does not by itself create a binding service contract. Project scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities are governed by a separate proposal or agreement.
Intellectual property
INKSAVVY retains rights in its website, systems, brand assets and pre-existing materials. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are defined in the relevant project agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, credential abuse, interference, automated attacks, unauthorised scraping or attempts to bypass access controls.
