How INKSAVVY handles information submitted through its website and client workspace.

Information we collect
We may collect identity, contact, organisation, project, billing, support and authentication information that you submit or that is required to operate the INKSAVVY workspace. If you apply to join our team, we may also collect recruitment information such as your CV or résumé, portfolio links, professional profile, application responses and supporting documents.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate projects, create and operate organisation workspaces, deliver contracted services, communicate about projects, manage security and comply with applicable obligations. Recruitment information is used to assess applications, coordinate interviews and hiring decisions, communicate with applicants and, where an applicant is hired, establish authorised staff access.
Authentication
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides authentication identity information such as your name, email address and profile image according to the permissions shown during consent. INKSAVVY then asks for additional organisation information required to create your workspace.
Service providers
Infrastructure may include hosting, authentication, database, private file storage, email and analytics providers used to operate the service. Access is limited to the information required for those functions.
Files and retention
Project attachments, CVs and other submitted files may be stored in private cloud storage and made available only to authorised users through time-limited access links. We retain information for as long as reasonably required for the relevant enquiry, project, recruitment process, contractual relationship, security requirement or legal obligation, after which it may be deleted or anonymised according to our operational retention practices.
Security
We use access controls, role-based permissions and reasonable technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact INKSAVVY to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
